Magic Prompt helps you create better prompts for AI tools. You describe what you want, and we generate structured prompts that get better results from AI platforms.
- Access to prompt generators for various AI platforms
- Prompt refinement and optimization
- Saved prompt history (while your account is active)
- Free credits – New users receive 2 free credits
- Paid credits – Additional credits can be purchased
- Each credit provides one prompt generation session with up to 5 refinements
- Credits don't expire while your account is active
- You must provide accurate information
- You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
- One account per person

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You own the prompts you create. We don't claim any ownership of your content.
You grant us a limited license to store and process your prompts solely to provide the service. We won't share, sell, or use your prompts for any other purpose.

- You'll receive a receipt for each purchase
- 7-day refund period – If you're not satisfied, request a refund within 7 days of purchase

Magic Prompt's website, design, code, and brand are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without permission.
The AI platforms you generate prompts for (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, etc.) have their own terms of service. You're responsible for complying with those terms when using your prompts.
We strive to keep Magic Prompt available 24/7, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:
- Perform maintenance (we'll try to notify you in advance)
- Update features and functionality
- Experience occasional downtime
The prompts we generate are designed to help you get better results from AI tools. However:
- We can't guarantee specific AI outputs
- AI responses may vary based on the platform
- You're responsible for reviewing and using AI outputs appropriately
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months
We may update these terms occasionally. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you via email or a notice on our website. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
You can delete your account anytime through your account settings or by contacting us.
We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. If we do, we'll provide a refund for any unused credits.
- These terms are the complete agreement between you and Magic Prompt
- If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect
- Our failure to enforce a right doesn't waive that right
